Surveys

We conduct baseline surveys, mid-line surveys and end-line surveys. At different levels of these surveys, we provide parameters where organizations can set targets, conduct mid-term evaluations on the implementation and end-line evaluations on what has changed after the implementation.

Assessments

We conduct capacity needs assessments for different organizations (Private, Non-Governmental & Governmental). These assessments help to identify gaps that the organizations need to address. We provide recommendations to develop framework mechanism that organization can use to address gaps.

Strategic Plans

We develop strategic plans for organizations in-line with their vision and mission statements. We also work with organizations to set benchmarks for a period and an implementation mechanism for the benchmarks and targets they set in their strategic plans.

We setup different systems for organizations including Monitoring & Evaluation, program management, accounting system, personnel management system, performance system, management information system (MIS) and cross-referencing system.
